I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying a wonderful New Year’s Eve (or New Year’s Day, depending on your time zone!)!

As I reflect on this past year, I see so many ways God has helped me, encouraged me, and showed His love to me and those around me. I am excited about 2019 and anticipating all the cool things yet to come!

This week, instead of my regular blog post, I’ve written a prayer for you. This is what I am hoping and believing for you in 2019. It's based on Scripture and I've included references. :)  I truly hope this is your best year yet!

My prayer for you this New Year:

May you experience God’s love in a higher, deeper, and wider way than ever before!  (Ephesians 3:18)

May you have a clearer understanding of how He has called you to partner with Him in bringing His light, hope, love, and beauty to the world around you. (Ephesians 4)

May you find the courage to rejoice in all things, and may you walk in complete freedom from all fear. (1 Thessalonians 5:18; Psalm 34:4)

May your kind words be like nourishing fruit for your family, friends, and neighbors.  (Proverbs 31:26; Proverbs 25:11)

May your light shine brighter than ever before and may peace be your constant companion. (Matthew 5:15; Colossians 3:15)

May you be strong, refreshed, rejuvenated, and full of God’s vital energy.  (Ephesians 6:10; Philippians 2:1)

As you refresh others, may you yourself be refreshed. (Proverbs 11:25)

May you have all you need to accomplish all God has called you to do! (Hebrews 13:21; Philippians 4:13)

May you smile at the future and laugh at the days to come!  (Proverbs 31:25)

2019 is going to be a wonderful year!
